Dating from about 1970, this postcard for the Regency Square Mall said that the facility served as the largest air-conditioned mall in the Southeast. Nowadays, the mall and the area around it hum with activity as residents visit stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and numerous other businesses. Many Arlingtonians drive into downtown to work, but not often to shop or to be entertained there anymore.
