"Visit the TWO SPOT Speedway for Thrills," trumpeted this postcard.  Postmarked January 1958, the card made known "The Famous TWO SPOT Night Club for Unsurpassed Entertainment.  Our Cabins for Comfort in Rooms with Steam Heat in Winter, Air Cooled in Summer."

The card seems to have carried high hopes from its sender, a Reverend J. D. Blake of Houston, Texas.  The minister mailed to the card to the boat showcase on the TV game show "The Price Is Right," the forerunner to today's classic.  The program was still in its childhood, having initially hit the airwaves in 1956.   Bill Cullen, with his thick, horn-rimmed glasses, served as the first host.

It appears that Reverend Black bid $3,750.15?  Does anyone know if he won?
